What kind of black caviar do you offer, and how is it different from others?
We offer premium black caviar made exclusively from real sturgeon raised in Europe, not from mass-produced sources.

Is your black caviar fresh or frozen?
Our black caviar is always fresh and never frozen. Freezing negatively affects texture and flavor, which is why we only ship fresh caviar handled under strict temperature control.
How fast do you ship black caviar in the United States?
We ship all black caviar orders via overnight delivery across the United States to ensure maximum freshness, quality, and safety upon arrival.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free overnight shipping on all U.S. orders.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
Will my order stay fresh during shipping?
Yes. Each order is shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs designed to maintain freshness for up to 48 hours. Once shipped, your order is monitored by our team until delivery, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Miami or Fort Lauderdale?
Yes. We offer complimentary same-day hand delivery in the Miami area.
For nearby cities, including Fort Lauderdale, same-day delivery is available for a $50 delivery fee. Photo confirmation is provided upon delivery.
How long does black caviar stay fresh?
An unopened tin of black caviar stays fresh for 6–8 weeks when properly refrigerated. Once opened, it is best enjoyed within 5 days.
How should black caviar be stored?
Store black caviar in the coldest part of your refrigerator at 28–36°F (−2–2°C). We do not recommend freezing caviar, as it compromises texture and taste.
How do I open a caviar tin?
You can open a caviar tin using a small utensil such as a spoon, butter knife, or coin. Gently insert it between the lid and the base and apply light pressure. For convenience, we include a caviar opener with every order.
How should black caviar be served?
Black caviar is best served chilled, using non-reactive utensils. It pairs beautifully with simple foods such as toast, eggs, blinis, potatoes, or avocado — allowing the natural flavor to shine.
What is your return and replacement policy?
All products are guaranteed to arrive fresh and in excellent condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt, and all original packaging must be kept intact. Once a claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Do you ship on weekends and national holidays?
We ship orders Tuesday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available upon request. Overnight shipping is not available on weekends or national holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
